Directions-

From HWY 49 S. in Florence - Proceed west onto Main Street in Florence and drive 0.2 miles. Turn left onto College Street and drive 0.1 miles. Just past the Florence City Hall / Police Department, turn right onto Earl Clark Drive. The clinic will be on your left.

From Byram, MS. - Proceed east on S. Siwell Road (road name will change to "Florence - Byram Road" after crossing over the Pearl River) for 8.1 miles. (When you get to the 4-way stop in Cleary, MS, proceed straight through the 4-way stop.) At the redlight in Florence, turn right onto "Seventh Day Rd/ HWY 469 S" and drive 0.1 miles. Turn left onto Earl Clark Drive (the road between Copiah Bank and the US Post Office). Southern Diabetes Care will be on your right-hand side.
